I am CEO and founder of Baxter Williams, my background before recruitment was dominated by professional rugby. After graduating in Business Studies & Marketing I played my rugby for Worcester Warriors where I represented England Students, England 7’s and the Barbarians.

Having successfully transitioned from professional rugby, I have been able to utilise both my commercial exposure and my extensive network of quality and trusted contacts in sport and business to carve out a successful career in recruitment.

As a natural team player, I pride myself on truly partnering with my clients to understand their organisations/departments, key challenges and ensuring that candidates are technically astute but most importantly culturally to get the “right fit”. I am lucky to consider most of my clients as friends in business.

We have created a team and network of like-minded individuals who share a passion for the highest levels of customer service and delivery for both clients and candidates alike.

I am a big believer in it’s not what you do it’s the way you do it that matters and it’s really important for me that we deliver on our promises for the people that we work with and for.
