Our history

Baxter Williams was founded in 2016 by Nick Baxter, an ex-professional rugby player and ex-director of an international Plc search firm. From humble roots in Nick’s cellar, we now operate from a buzzing and vibrant head office in Worcester.

Our engaged and passionate “home grown” team of specialists embody the values that we believe in and the exceptional service we provide. Our team has grown quickly based on our strong culture of accountability, high performance, fun and professionalism.

Our team feel genuinely engaged and empowered to make a difference, and we feel very fortunate that in the current climate, our team has remained together and stronger than ever.

It’s been quite the journey, and with combined experience of over 40 years within the recruitment industry, we are credibly placed to support all of our clients in our unique, refreshing and proactive approach. We are not like most recruiters and pride ourselves on doing the basics incredibly well with diligence and energy. Most of all we like to have some fun along the way too!
